Past Declarations

For a period of 25 years, up to 2014, I was continuously involved in a variety of pharma-sponsored clinical trials, sometimes as an investigator and on a number of occasions as the principal investigator. I would have received payments for these roles; as well as reimbursement for the staff I employed for these trials; as well as reimbursement for attendance at investigator meetings. Because of my profile through these trials, I would also have accepted invitations to a variety of international conferences. I would also have delivered lectures at pharma-sponsored conferences, for which I received payments. For all these activities, I have received emoluments from many different pharmaceutical companies.
