In 2013 the International Society of Chemotherapy Infection & Cancer (Registered Charity) paid expenses for my attendance of an international conference in Vietnam hosted by the Vietnam Resistance project (VINARES) - a joint initiative by Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OCRU) in Hanoi and Linköping University. At this conference I presented a meta-analyses on hospital antibiotic stewardship and shared experience of Scotland's national antibiotic stewardship programme. I also gave a 3hr workshop on analysis of interventions in infection control. I received no additional payment for services.
